Replicate Ministries exists to equip, educate, and empower to the local church to make disciples. We do this through sound Biblical methods for training and replicating disciples. Our methods work. We know they do, because we’ve done them. We’ve spend the past 6 years letting them play out in the context of a the local church.

Robby Gallaty, President/Founder

Robby Gallaty is the Senior Pastor of Brainerd Baptist Church in Chattanooga, TN. He was radically saved out of a life of drug addiction on November 12, 2002. In 2008, he began Replicate Ministries to equip and train men and women to be disciples who make disciples. He is also the author of Creating An Atmosphere to Hear God Speak (2009), Unashamed: Taking a Radical Stand for Christ (2010), Growing Up: How to Be a Disciple Who Makes Disciples (2013), Firmly Planted: How to Cultivate a Faith Rooted in Christ (2015), and Rediscovering Discipleship: Making Jesus’ Final Words Our First Work (2015).

Kandi Gallaty, Trainer

Kandi Gallaty has been investing in the lives of women for over a decade and is passionate about developing a biblical worldview from the truths of Scripture. She believes that there are 2 major sources to draw from when investing in the lives of others: God’s word in your life and God’s work in your life. Her joy is leading other women to discover and have a passion for the Word and to realize the work God has done in their lives is not just for themselves but for others. Kandi is the wife of Robby Gallaty and they have two little boys, Rig and Ryder, whom they try to disciple daily.


Tim LaFleur, Trainer

Tim LaFleur is DiscipleMaking Pastor at Brainerd Baptist Church in Chattanooga, TN. Before coming to Brainerd, he served as Baptist Collegiate Minister on the campus of Nicholls State University for 20 years and has equipped and disciple hundreds of college students.


David Wiley, Trainer

David Wiley currently serves Brainerd Baptist Church as Director of Community Missions. He is also president of a mission effort called Mission12|24. Its focus is on making disciple-makers in difficult communities (prisons, gov housing, rural extremes, etc). David preaches in prisons and rehab centers, and actively works with violent communities throughout the country and around the world.
